HR Support Packages

Not every business requires an internal HR department, but there is an ongoing requirement to be legally compliant, and to be able to access robust HR advice. We offer a variety of affordable outsourced HR packages that any organisation small or large can benefit from. You only need to pay for what you need, and we don’t tie clients into lengthy contracts. All of our packages include the option to work directly with your team, taking employment administration off your hands, giving you more time to focus on your business.

Retained HR services

Our retained HR Consultancy is tailored to the specific needs of your business, giving you access to an experienced HR Consultant without the need to employ a dedicated member of staff. This may involve working with the owner of a business, supporting and coaching an HR assistant, or providing strategic HR guidance.  All retained HR Consultancy packages include a site-visit and a review of all contractual documentation and policies. This option is designed to support the internal resources within the business and require a commitment of 12 months.

HR Credit System 

Our unique HR credit system allows you to access HR Consultancy throughout the year if you are not ready to commit to a monthly retainer or larger HR project. Our HR credit system allows you to buy dedicated HR hours in blocks of time which you can use as and when required throughout the year. For every block of 50 hours you purchase, you receive a 10% discount off the usual hourly rate.

Pay as you go project work

If you do not require ongoing advice but are looking to undertake a specific HR project, and need the support of a Red Kite HR specialist, we also deliver one-off projects for our clients in all areas of HR transaction and strategy. These include:  

  • Employment contracts, staff handbook and policies and procedures
  • An independent consultant to conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings, or carry out an investigation
  • Harmonisation of contractual terms across the business
  • The design and implementation of HR systems and competency frameworks, such as recruitment, induction, probation, performance, and appraisal
  • An audit of internal HR systems and processes and planning for improvement using technology and HR software
  • Delivery of change management projects such as restructure.

HR projects are quoted based on our hourly rate, with objectives and timescales being agreed with you before the project starts.
