Lydia is a postgraduate qualified CIPD HR professional who founded Red Kite HR Services after 12 years’ of experience delivering HR consultancy to a range of private and public sector employers throughout London and East Anglia. Having worked as a director of an employment law consultancy, Lydia has dealt with the sharp end of employment disputes and can guide clients across tricky legislative hurdles. With an interest in organisational data, Lydia takes a strategic and data-driven approach to work with clients to enable smart decisions, identify growth opportunities and highlight areas of risk.
